Pancreatic and Bile Duct Disorders
Pancreas and biliary tract problems can cause signs and symptoms that are similar to those of other conditions, including:
- Abdominal swelling or pain in the upper abdomen that travels to the middle of your back
- Dark-colored urine
- Gas, hiccups and belching
- Irregular stools, including diarrhea (especially with fat droplets in the stools) or stools that are pale-colored or bloody
- Itchy skin
- Jaundice, a yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes
- Loss of appetite or unexplained weight loss
- Nausea or vomiting
